  • Do you like to set goals? Is it important to have goals? Why/ Why not?
  • Do you always attain your goals?
  • What goals are you pursuing at the moment? How are you planning to achieve them?
  • Do you think it's more important to have short-term or long-term goals?
  • Do you ever write down your goals? Why/why not?
  • Have you ever given up on a goal? How did you feel?
3. Listen to the podcast. What does the acronym SMART stand for? Give an example of a SMART goal.
